First post

It seems as though a lot of our family members have started blogs to keep everyone up-to-date on their family's life. Jaci and I have decided to do the same. Once I explained the concept to Jaci, she was "all aboard!" In fact, we started with a little photo shoot to get the bloggin brains started on ideas for our blog:

Currently, we are watching Jaci's favorite movie of the month, which is Avatar. If you don't say, "AVATAR" the way she says, "AVATAR" she gets pretty upset. I believe we've all watched this movie well over 100 times in the past month, and I can confidently say that me and Caroline are tired of watching it! Any suggestions for a new movie for us to watch would be greatly appreciated. =0)

Jaci and I started school this past Monday. My first class is at 9:30, and I was leary of whether or not she would be upset about going to her first day of preschool. I bought her a backpack, and we packed it full of goodies for school in hopes that maybe that would excite her about going.

Well, I was wrong. She was not happy at all when we walked into Tiger Tots. She hid behind my legs and grasped my thigh for dear life. I spent from 8:30 to 9:27 trying to get her calmed down enough for me to leave. Finally, I just left in hopes that she would just be okay once I was gone. I said a few prayers as I walked up the stairs to my class that she wasn't giving the teachers a hard time. I got back from my classes and work in the History department, to find Jaci's class playing out on the playground. I went out and she hid from me! SHE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE! Now when she wakes up in the morning, she is excited to go to school and I can't get her there fast enough! Overall, I think she is going to do great. Afterall, she is a FHSU TIGER!
